Automate system administrator workflows
A new employee is hired and will be added as a user
A ServiceNow administrator adds the employee information, group permissions and resource assignments
ServiceNow (via the connector) adds all user data into Active Directory
The supervisor/group reviews the resource requests and approves the assigned resources
The CMDB is updated to show the resource assigned to the new employee
Upon completion, all stakeholders are notified, and reports are sent via ServiceNow to the appropriate parties
